YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY WITHOUT YOUR BADGE

The Excelsior Card will NOT work while in Puerto Rico

Please note, due to COVID there are limitations required to protect everyone, including hotel staff & registrants.

We are grateful that the demand for this conference has been substantial, and we are truly happy to have everyone in attendance. 

There may be venues that may not be able to fully accommodate every registrant. 

We have made arrangements to have supplemental/satellite rooms for some our larger scheduled events and may have to establish priority on a first come/first serve basis. 

Rest assured that if and when events are split into more than one room, there will be full participation and communication among our valued attendees.

YOU MUST SHOW PROOF OF VACCINATION 

Please remember that mask usage is a federal law on airplanes and in airports. 

While in Puerto Rico: Masks are required in all indoor spaces, regardless of vaccination status. Those unvaccinated or between the ages of 2 and 11 must also wear masks in public areas when unable to social distance.  

Those entering any of the Island’s three open airports, whether on commercial or private aircraft, are required to fill out a Travel Declaration Form on the Puerto Rico Health Department’s online portal.
