We look forward to welcoming you back to an in-person Summit experience this year! Our goal is to create a comfortable, safe and productive event, and to give attendees peace of mind and confidence that we are working to keep our Community healthy.
With our Ed-Fi Community in mind, we have put the following risk mitigation processes in place:
Ed-Fi Alliance has opted for the safest approach when it comes to Summit being held in-person.
We are asking everyone to complete a COVID-19 test and show proof of the negative test (taken no more than 72 hours in advance) to gain entry into the conference
Even if you were exposed, you are not contagious for 3 days after exposure - which is the reason for the 72 hour requirement.
Acceptable forms of the test can be the simple at-home test that is widely available at any pharmacy or a professionally-administered test through the pharmacy or doctor’s office.
You can bring in a print out of the results or a picture of the results, signed, and dated.
We also expect that our attendees will self-monitor and will not attend if they have symptoms of any illness.
