Q: How do I keep on top of Glam Jam updates and stay in touch with other Glam Jam attendees?
A: The first thing you should do once you register for Glam Jam is download the Event App (yes that’s right, we have our own app!) Here we suggest connecting with other attendees who are also a part of the Community. It’s a great way to start conversations such as “Who needs a roommate?” or “Can’t wait to see all my sparkle sisters!” We suggest that once you download, you accept Push Notifications. That way when the home office sends important messages or updates, you are the first to know right on your phone!

Q: If I am a new Consultant who signed up after March 1st, do I get a discount on registration?
A: YES! Consultants who joined after March 1st can register for Conference for just $99 within their first 30 days. Please check your email for a discount code.
Q: How do I register for Breakouts?
A: You will have the opportunity to select which of the breakout sessions you want to attend on Friday and Saturday right from this website. When choosing breakouts, we suggest taking a good look at the descriptions and consider what you need to strengthen for your business. Stay tuned for more information regarding Breakout Sessions in the next few weeks!
Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my Breakouts?
A: No, you will not receive a confirmation email with your chosen Breakouts. However, you will receive a printed schedule of your Breakouts when you pick up your Welcome Packet at Check-in. Once breakouts are chosen, they cannot be changed.
Q: Where can I get a detailed Agenda?
A: A more detailed agenda will be posted in April. Join the Glam Jam Community and set your push notifications to "on" to be notified when it is posted. In the meantime, the basic Agenda is posted under the Agenda tab.
Q: Where do I pick up my Welcome Packet on Thursday?
A: You can pick up your Welcome Packet on Thursday from 3:00PM – 8:00PM in Exhibit Hall D, which is on the 3rd level of the Convention Center. Here you will meet the Consultant Care Staff who can answer all of your Glam Jam questions and take a selfie at our selfie station!
Q: Can I pick up my Welcome Packet on Friday morning instead of Thursday?
A: Yes, you can pick up your Welcome Packet from 7:00AM – 8:00AM on Friday but we highly suggest doing it on Thursday. If you absolutely cannot get to Providence until Friday morning, please pick up your packet as soon as possible.
Q: Can I pick up another Consultants Welcome Packet or Giveaways without them being present?
A: No, all attendees must be present to receive their Packet, Awards, Gifts, and Giveaways.
Q: I am unable to make it to Glam Jam and want to transfer my ticket. What do I do?
A: If you cannot make it to Glam Jam, we suggest you write on the Glam Jam Community Page on the website/app and post that you have an extra ticket. Once you find someone to transfer to, you will need to download the Transfer Form on Glam Central under Resources / Downloads / Glam Jam. Tickets must be transferred by June 22nd. After June 22nd, you will not be able to transfer your ticket.
Q: What food is provided with registration?
A: Lunch is provided with the cost of registration on Friday and Saturday. Lunch buffets will be served in Exhibit Hall B on the 3rd level of the Convention Center. You are on your own for dinner on Friday and we recommend making reservations. Please refer to the list of restaurant suggestions in the Nearby Resources Section of this website/app. Dinner is provided at our celebration on Saturday night. It will be a cash bar so we recommend bringing cash.
Q: Where can I find breakfast?
A: Starbucks and McCormick and Schmicks is open at 6:30AM at the Biltmore, the Courtyard Marriott has a small Bistro open for breakfast, and there is a Dunkin Donuts .14 mile away.
Q: What are some fun restaurants or things to do in Providence?
A: Visit the Nearby Resources of this website for restaurants nearby and fun things to do if you are bringing family or extending your trip. We also included great brunch options if you stick around on Sunday!
Q: What are the Style Lounge Hours?
A: The Style Lounge will be open on Friday from noon – 2:00PM, and then again from 5:00PM – 7:00PM. On Saturday, the Style Lounge will be open from 7:30AM – 8:30 AM and during lunch.
Q: Where are my Breakout Sessions compared to General Session?
A: General Session will take place on the 3rd level of the Convention Center in Exhibit Hall A, and all the Breakouts will take place in the Ballrooms on the 5th floor. A map will be provided on this app as we near the event.

A: We suggest Business Casual attire throughout Friday and Saturday, and cocktail attire on Saturday evening. Bring a light sweater or jacket, as the Convention Center is air-conditioned.
