Teach For America - Indianapolis 10 Year Anniversary Gala
Celebrating a Decade of Leadership
Teach For America - Indianapolis is celebrating 10 years of cultivating diverse leaders who collectively work to address educational inequity in Indianapolis. Every day, our 670+ members work hard for students across the city. From the classroom to the boardroom, they are partnering with the community to ensure that one day, every Indianapolis student has the opportunity to attain an excellent education so that they can lead lives of their choosing and contribute to a more just and vibrant city. Together, let’s celebrate the progress and potential of our city, our students, and our Teach For America – Indianapolis community. We will also honor our founding board chair, Anne Shane. The magnitude of her impact on our city is hard to overstate; and she led our organization through a period of record growth. Additionally, we will hear from our TFA board chair-elect, Meg Whitman.
