Sunday, September 29, 2024 – We suggest an evening arrival for those attending pre-conference workshop.

Monday, September 30, 2024 – Check-in and registration open. We suggest an afternoon arrival for those attending main conference only.

Tuesday, October 1, 2024 – Check-in and registration continues, full conference day.

Wednesday, October 2, 2024 – Full conference day, followed by evening TEC party.

Thursday, October 3, 2024 – We suggest a morning departure.

Rate Information

Book your stay at the Loews Arlington at the special TEC 2024 rate of just $229 per night, per room (excluding fees of 3.0% and $1.90 per night, and state/city taxes of 13%). We recommend you book early. The block of rooms reserved for TEC 2024 will sell out. 

Air Travel

DFW International Airport is roughly 20 minutes away and Dallas Love Field Airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel. The Loews Arlington does not offer airport transportation.

On-site Parking

Parking is available on-site at the following rates: Valet parking: $38 overnight. Self-parking: $28 including taxes - no in/out privileges. (Rates may fluctuate based on local events. Please contact the hotel for exact parking rates).

Shuttle Services/Public Transportation

The hotel does not have a shuttle service from the airport. 

For travel within the Arlington Entertainment District – which includes two theme parks, two major sporting venues, shopping centers, museums and restaurants – the hotel is conveniently located on the Arlington Trolley green line.
