Casey Laurienzo, PMP

Casey Laurienzo, PMP, is the Vice President of Community Engagement & Education at E&I Cooperative Services, where she leads the organization’s professional development, leadership, and community-building strategy for higher education procurement professionals nationwide. In this executive role, she is responsible for the design and delivery of large-scale leadership initiatives, immersive learning experiences, and national convenings.

Ms. Laurienzo’s career brings experience spanning procurement, contracting, program management, and organizational development across public and private sectors, including education, state government, and corporate environments. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership development and operational strategy, with a focus on building resilient talent pipelines, modernizing professional learning, and fostering cross-sector collaboration within complex procurement ecosystems.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Juris Master from Florida State University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach. She has also completed advanced executive education in leadership and management through Harvard Business School Online. Ms. Laurienzo is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership Studies, with research interests centered on gendered leadership dynamics, organizational power structures, and the systemic conditions that shape leadership behavior. A recognized facilitator and mentor, Ms. Laurienzo is passionate about designing leadership environments that move beyond compliance and toward sustainable cultural change.

Dr. Lenora Sevillian

Dr. Lenora Sevillian, LP.D., MBA, CIPP, CPPP, CPCM, LSSGB, SFC, NCN-A, CPe-P, is the Executive Director of Community Engagement at E&I Cooperative Services, with more than 40 years of experience in public and private sector procurement. She is a former professor at Nova Southeastern University and has held leadership roles with the National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP) and Consero Group. Dr. Sevillian earned her Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University in 2026, where her research focused on preventing corruption and fraud in public procurement. She is recognized for her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to ethical procurement, receiving the 2024 EPIC Lifetime Achievement Award. She also authors the Global Educational Procurement Outlook and contributes to international initiatives promoting sustainability and ethical procurement practices.
