Some builders are strategically positioning themselves to increase timber frame construction coupled with the possibility of embodied carbon being part of a future Standard, it’s undoubtedly a topical area. 

Open and closed panel Timber Frames systems experienced more than a 30% growth in 2021 and 2022, and Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) market continues to demonstrate fast-paced innovations, rising by almost 60% with a potential 19.5% program saving compared with traditional construction (pbctoday July 2023).

This timber frame construction quality forum brings together expert speakers from the Structural Timber Association (STA), manufacturers of both open and closed panel systems, builders and the NHBC to discuss the main topical areas, including:
