About the Event

The TVPPA Legal Conference is the premier legal meeting for attorneys, general managers, utility board members and other key staff from the Tennessee Valley electric systems. For system managers, the conference gives you a perspective of current legal issues -- helping you guide your system through daily operations. For attorneys, the conference provides updates on key matters and challenges and a connection with other utility legal experts. It’s also an enjoyable and cost-effective way to obtain CLEs. Utility board members will learn legal ramifications impacting decisions on major changes or advancements. 10.25 hours of general CLE credit and 3.0 hours dual have been approved for Tennessee. Other states are pending.
