- Enter your email and your ticket number. This will automatically log you in.
- Click on the profile image at the top right and select edit profile.
- Download the Bizzabo app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in using your email then either select Magic Link or Ticket Number
- Signed in, but still don’t see your event?
- Select the icon on the top left corner
- Select “Don’t see your event”
- Enter your email and select Login with ticket number

- Once you are logged in and see the event, select the dropdown on the top left, select My Profile, and click on Edit at the top right.

Q: WHEN AND WHERE DOES THE GATHERING TAKE PLACE?
A: The gathering will take place at the Marriott Springfield Downtown Hotel in Springfield, Massachusetts, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, May 7, 2023, with programming ending at 11:45 a.m. Eastern on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 followed by lunch. We recommend booking your return flights for after 2:30 p.m. Eastern.

Q: WHAT ARE THE COVID-19 POLICIES?
A: The Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF) prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and community program professionals. As we move forward with planning our in-person gathering, we will continue to closely monitor the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines, and local health authority requirements and adapt our protocols accordingly. Q: WHAT ARE THE COSTS TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
A: HGF will cover registration fees and provide kosher meals from Sunday dinner through Tuesday lunch. Attendees will be responsible for all hotel and travel expenses from their home community to the hotel in Springfield, MA.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM AT THE MARRIOTT SPRINGFIELD DOWNTOWN?

Q: HOW MUCH IS PARKING AT THE HOTEL?
A: Parking is free for all conference attendees. More information on the hotel and parking can be found here.
Q: ARE CONFERENCE MEALS KOSHER?
A: All conference meals will be certified Kosher and prepared by a local catering company, under the supervision of Crown K Lemehadrin, Rabbi Aaron Hamaoui, from Sunday dinner to Tuesday lunch.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
A: Our conference dress code is business casual. Some events are outdoors in the evenings. Layers are encouraged.
Q: HOW DO I REQUEST ACCOMMODATIONS?

Q: I AM NOT ABLE TO ATTEND IN PERSON. WILL WORKSHOPS BE RECORDED?
A: This will be a hands-on, experiential conference, and as such, sessions will not be recorded.

Q: HOW DO I SIGN INTO THE BIZZABO WEBSITE OR APP TO UPDATE MY PROFILE (HEADSHOT/BIO)?
A: One way to log into Bizzabo website is to go to the Community tab where you will be prompted to login with your email or your ticket number (which can be found on your registration confirmation email).
If you are trying to access the app, you can log in similarly.
Q: HOW DO I VIEW AND CUSTOMIZE MY SCHEDULE?
A: You can also customize your schedule by adding workshops, meals, and plenaries to your schedule by clicking on the red CHAIR icon. To view your workshops and schedule, go to the Agenda and select "My Registered Sessions" to see them in one central location. You can also print the schedule on the schedule page but clicking on the printer icon near the top. For changes to your workshops, please contact legacygathering@hgf.org.
Q: HOW CAN I NETWORK WITH ATTENDEES?
A: On the Bizzabo website or app, you can go to the Community page to see the full list of attendees and direct message them.
