WOMEN AS AGENTS OF CHANGE
ABOUT THE EVENT
"Women as Agents of Change" intends to explore some of the pressing issues in Canadian society - present, past and future - from the framework of how women's voices and perspectives influence and shape the norms that collectively guide us. We will hear from various leading thinkers about trends, historical movements and evolution in the areas of health, indigenous wisdom, urban design, technology, political discourse and others. At this important milestone in Canada's history, there has never been a better time to explore the pace and nature of societal evolution and how we all experience (and contribute) to it. In the context of Montreal's 375th birthday and Canada's 150th, this Canada Connects conference will be a chance to celebrate both anniversaries immersed in the joie de vivre of our host city. There will be opportunities to sample some of the finer aspects of Montreal's cultural life, meet its people, and get a taste of its amazing history - and exciting future! À très bientôt!
