We encourage all participate to arrive by Sunday , April 28 by 10:00 am and depart on Wednesday, May 1 in order to take full advantage for the three day of education taking place on Sunday, April 28- Tuesday, April 30.

What is the dress code for the meeting?
The majority TRANSFORM 2019 events are business casual (optional blazer and tie for gentlemen), but when attending the  Capitol Hill Club meetings, please plan to wear business professional attire.

Do I need to register for the breakout session or workshops on Sunday AM?
Nope! Breakout session and Workshops are open to all attendees.

Is there an app for this year's meeting?
Yes! Keep an eye out for an email announcing when the app has gone live.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel on or before January 28, 2019 you will receive a 100% refund less $100 administrative fee. If you cancel between January 29 and March 28 2019 you will receive a 50% refund less $100 administrative fee. No refunds are available after March 29, 2019. Refund requests must be sent in writing to meetings@aalu.org. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. There will be no registration transfers to TRANSFORM 2020.

Substitutes: 

Participant unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not in the same registration category, an additional fee may be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to meetings@aalu.org. The substitute must pay any difference in registration rate before being registered for the meeting.

Other Policies

AALU reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when programs are sold out. If AALU cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, AALU has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

By registering for TRANSFORM 2019 you are agreeing to the following terms:

I agree not to copy or permit to be copied, in any form or format, without the express written permission of AALU, any of the contents of TRANSFORM participate roster. I also agree not to use the roster contents for any commercial, marketing, promotional, or political purposes. No solicitation is permitted by anyone except by solution provider.

I understand that I am prohibited from recording any educational session content unless I have obtained written permission in advance from AALU, including the use or recording on social media feeds.

You are providing permission to receive emails and mailings related to the AALU. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials you may do so by emailing meetings@aalu.org.
 

For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be asked to leave the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled.

Event Participants are expected to behave responsibly and to treat each other - and treat the community - with respect, kindness, and compassion. AALU reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the Credentials of Participants whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly, or offensive by AALU, affiliated third parties or the local authorities.

I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth above, including the use of photographic images. Noncompliance will result in registration cancellation without refund.  AALU reserves the right to remove  anyone in violation of these policies from the conference.
