- On the agenda page, select a session and click the “Broadcast” button under the session title. Broadcast will become available two minutes before the scheduled session start time.
- When you click the “Broadcast” button, you may be prompted to login in order to join the session.
- Once you click “Login” a new page will open asking for the email address used to register your ticket.

HOW DO I JOIN A SESSION?
For some sessions with limited capacity, we ask you to "Save Your Seat" by selecting the chair button on the top right of the session. While this is not always the case you will know the session has a limited capacity when you usee the chair icon!
HOW CAN I ASK QUESTIONS DURING A SESSION?
Most general sessions will include time for audience Q&A. To ask your questions, please post them under “Q&A” within the session.
Each session will also include a chatbox for session-specific conversation. We encourage you to post comments and engage with your peers under “Chat.”
For workshops hosted on BlueJeans or Zoom, the standard chat function will be available.
