How to Join
1) Find the Registration section at the bottom of the event page
2) The Register section will open, complete your details and select ‘Register’ again
3) When you have received your Registration confirmation, take a note of your ticket number. This will also be included in your Registration Confirmation email.
4) As well as your ticket number, your Registration Confirmation email will include a link to the Agenda which you can use to access the event on the day.
5) To add the event to your calendar, click on ‘View the Agenda’ in your Registration Confirmation email.
Within the Agenda page, click on the Event title to access the session.
Then, select the ‘Add to Calendar’ option. You can use the link in this Calendar event to access on the day.
6) You will also receive a reminder email one day before and 30 minutes before the event start time. You can access via this email link as well.
This reminder email contains a tailored link which will log you into the platform automatically.
However, if you find yourself logged out before the session, select ‘Log In’ on the top right-hand side of the page and input your email address and ticket number.
