How will I join the virtual event?
You'll join via The Virtual Venue, which will launch when the “doors” open at 9:45 a.m. EDT on Thursday, April 7. The pre-party begins then and you won't want to miss it!
You can log in with the email address you used to register with or your ticket number (located in your confirmation email).
There will also be a link to join the event LIVE in your confirmation and reminder emails.
On Thursday, April 7, head to the The Virtual Venue, select the current session, and click the “Join Now" button in the top right corner.
Use your dekstop computer or laptop for the optimal event experience. If you’d like to participate in the breakout sessions at the end of the day, please be sure to download/upgrade Zoom ahead of the event.

Which language will the event be held in?
This event is being held in English.
Will the event be recorded?
Yes, all of the sessions will be recorded. Breakout sessions will not be available for attendee replay.
We’ll send an email out the day after the event with the access link, so you can view the content at your own pace, from anywhere.
How can I ask the speakers questions and interact with my fellow attendees during the event?
Many of our HBR Live sessions will include time for audience Q&A. To ask your questions, please post them under the chat channel labeled “Ask the speaker” — the questions and channels will be monitored by the event moderators. We will not display any inappropriate questions. Please be kind and courteous.
You may also interact with fellow attendees and/or the moderators in the "Join the conversation" chat channel.
What if something isn't working on my end?
To get the most from your online experience, we recommend trying the following before contacting the support chat:

I'm still having trouble accessing the event. What should I do?
During the live event, visit the agenda page on The Venue (event interface) and use our Bizzabo chat feature (located on the bottom right of your screen) to connect directly with a live support specialist.
