What is included with my ticket?
- Access to all conference sessions, including the Trainers Workshop
- Food and Beverages on Tuesday night, breakfast Wednesday and Thursday, Lunch on Thursday, and Food and Beverages Thursday night, as well as snacks throughout the conference
- Networking opportunities with exhibitors and other attendees
What is not included with my ticket?
- Hotel room
- Guest’s meals (please purchase Guest tickets if you plan to bring a guest to the two evening activities!)
- Meals not listed above
- Travel expenses
When should I purchase my ticket?
- To ensure the best rate, we recommend that you purchase as soon as possible! Ticket sales will end in December.
How do I book my hotel room?
- Please visit the Hotel Information tab or click here to reserve a room.
What should I pack?
- All WPI events are business casual. Feel free to bring clothing/swimwear for local activities and pools/beaches if you would like! We also recommend something to take notes on during the conference (whether a laptop or notepad, however you prefer) as there will be many “Ah-Ha! Moments.”
How do I become a member, so that I can get the reduced rate?
- Please contact WPI at wpi@gowpi.org for information if you are not currently affiliated with a WPI Member organization.
Will there be time to explore the area?
- Yes! We do not have anything planned during the Wednesday lunch hour and Wednesday evening to allow guests to explore and enjoy beautiful Clearwater Beach! There is a trolly that runs from the hotel to the downtown area and back, so exploring is easy! Additionally, we encourage you to come early or stay for the weekend to relax and enjoy!
Are families welcome?
- Yes! If you would like to have guests join you for our evening activities, please purchase a guest ticket for each person. Clearwater Beach is very family-friendly, and our resort has a great pool and beach!
My organization requires an invoice before anything can be paid, what should I do?
