Subramanian Natarajan

Subramanian Natarajan is Managing Associate General Counsel, Head of Legal for FICC, Markets, APAC at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) where Mr. Natarajan leads the team advising on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters within the Markets division of the Bank and also involved in a number of regulatory change, infrastructure and transformation initiatives undertaken by the group. Prior to joining HSBC, Mr. Natarajan worked in Clifford Chance LLP, London in the Derivatives and Financial Regulation Group of the firm advising various financial institutions on structured transactions across asset classes and regulatory reform initiatives. Born in south India, Mr. Natarajan holds degrees from the National Law School of India University and the University of Oxford. He is admitted to practice in England and India.
