Policies:
All individual attendees will guarantee their reservation for one (1) night’s room/suite rate and tax at the time of booking.
Room occupancy of more than two (2) individuals will incur an additional $50 per person.
Individual attendees’ reservations not canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date will be subject to the cancellation charge equal to the first night’s room and tax. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. the day after the attendee’s confirmed arrival.
Name changes to room reservations may be made before arrival at no charge.
Should the arrival or departure dates of the new guest differ from the arrival and/or departure dates of the original guest, the changed reservation will be accepted for the additional room nights only on a space and rate available basis. Rates are subject to the prevailing rate at the time of requested change.
Guests must be 21 to check-in. Attendees must provide a credit or debit card upon check-in.
A security deposit authorization of $150 per night, up to 4 nights, including the remaining hotel stay balance, will be placed on your card. Attendees must pay all room, resort fees, tax, and incidental charges upon check-out.
Additionally, there is a $45 resort fee per night that includes property-wide high-speed internet access (public spaces, meeting space, and in-room, unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, and cardio access for guests 18+).
