The in-line colouring system developed by ABB Blending and Formulation enables the dyeing of lubricants directly during bulk loading operation without any prior dilution of colorants. It guarantees an on-spec coloured product, even at very low concentrations, while reducing energy and space requirements. Its use can be broadened to applications requiring on-line mixing of any additives with very low concentrations and high precision.
