Jim Kouzes
Author, The Leadership Challenge
Jim is a fellow at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University and has been the Dean’s Executive Fellow of Leadership, Leavey School of Business, at Santa Clara University. He served as president, CEO, and chairman of the Tom Peters Company for eleven years, led the Executive Development Center at Santa Clara University for seven years, and was the founder and executive director for eight years of the Joint Center for Human Services Development at San Jose State University.
Barry Posner
Author, The Leadership Challenge
Barry holds the Michael J. Accolti, S.J., Chair at Santa Clara University and is a Professor of Leadership with the Leavey School of Business and chair of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. He previously served for six years as Associate Dean for Graduate Education, six years as Associate Dean for Executive Education, and twelve years as Dean of the school. He has been a distinguished visiting professor around the globe: Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Sabanci University (Istanbul), University of Western Australia, and University of Auckland.
Mark Scullard, PhD
Sr. Director, Product Innovation
Mark Scullard is the Sr. Director of Product Innovation at Wiley. For the last 20 years, he has played an integral role and is involved in all aspects of product development for Wiley’s assessment brands, including The Leadership Challenge®, Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors®, and PXT Select™. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Counseling Psychology and has written extensively on topics such as leadership, personality, and interpersonal relationships.

Beginning her career at Tom Peters Company, Amy went on to found and manage Fine Points Leadership for 16 years, helping to develop over 40,000 leaders globally through the Leadership Practices Inventory and The Leadership Challenge. She’s developed leaders in a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, education, technology, and non-profits.
