Overview

Following the introduction of ABB Ability™ BeerMaker intelligent process automation control solution for hot block in early 2023, we have now launched a new technology solution for the cold block stage of the brewing process. Connectivity of entire brewing process will enable sustainable water and energy usage and drive effective digitalization for your brewery customers.

ABB Ability™ BeerMaker is an intelligent process control solution which supports not only safety but also quality improvements while boosting productivity, increasing process reliability and raising engineering and operational efficiency.

In this master class we will cover the components of ABB Ability™ Brewery library for cold block process area (new addition) and the ABB Ability™ Brewery library for hot block process area (enhanced) to:

• Leverage the best from the components of the BeerMaker to address automation for the brewery industry, in efficient way.
• Take advantage of the readily available & customizable batch templates for quick engineering and commissioning.
