When is the Amazon Ads summit: Prep for Prime Day taking place?
This free, virtual event takes place on Tuesday, June 4th and Wednesday, June 5th 2024.
How long is the summit?
The summit will start on June 4 at 10:00 AM BST and end at 1:15 PM BST, and on June 5 at 10:00 AM BST and end at 1:30 PM BST.
Do I need to register?
Yes, online registration is required to attend the summit. Registration is free.
How do I register?
To register for the virtual summit, navigate to the home page and click register. Fill out and submit the registration form. Then, you will receive an e-mail to the address you used to register to complete your sign-up.
Where can I see the agenda?
The full agenda can be found in the Agenda tab of the summit website.
Can I download a copy of the presentation slides?
You can find the pdf version of the slides in the handouts section of each session.
How can I follow the summit if I don’t speak English or need the information in a specific language?
We will provide subtitles for all sessions in Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French and English. You can watch the summit live and set the subtitles to your preferred language. They will be synchronized with the audio and you’ll get the real-time experience in your local language.

How do I log in to watch the Amazon Ads summit: Prep for summer deals?
To log-in, locate the summit ticket that was sent to your email upon registration and follow the instructions.
How do I join a session?
To join a session, navigate to the agenda and select the session you want to join.
Can I join a session once it’s started? Can I leave a session and come back?
Yes, you can tune into the broadcast at any time. You won’t be able to rewind the session, but recordings will be available on-demand 24-48 hours after the event.
What browser should I use to watch during the summit?
Please note, additional devices may successfully connect, but are not officially supported.
The sound is coming out of a different device than I want - what can I do?
To toggle between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g. internal speakers, headphones, and AirPlay), click the gear icon âš™ on the top right of the live-streamed session. You will then be able to select which output and input devices should be used.
The output device I want to use isn't showing up - how can I fix this?
First, check the physical connection to your device, by either unplugging and re-connecting your physical headphones, or toggling bluetooth on and off. If you are confident that the output device is connected correctly, check your system preferences to ensure your computer recognizes the device. On a Windows device, click the loudspeaker icon on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be able to change output device. On a Mac, visit System Preferences - Sound to choose your output devices.
My devices are connected properly, but I can't hear anything!
If you're confident everything is connected properly, your devices might be being used by another tool or application. Make sure tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, Go To Meeting, etc. have been closed prior to starting the session.
Do I have enough bandwidth to participate in the Amazon Ads summit: Prep for summer deals?
We recommend having a bandwidth of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
How can I submit questions during the sessions?
You can use the chatbox in the right-hand side of your screen. If for any reason the chatbox doesn’t populate with questions and answers, please refresh the page.

What is the difference between a seller and a vendor on Amazon?
Sellers sell products directly to Amazon customers. If you manage your products in Seller Central, you’re a seller.
Vendors sell their items directly to Amazon, who then sells them to customers. If you manage your products in Vendor Central, you’re a vendor.

Brand Registry is Amazon’s global authoritative service for information about every brand in the world. It contains brand names, brand profile data like logos and trademarks, and accounts that have roles—administrator, rights owner, or registered agent. CPC or PPC advertising is a type of paid advertising where ads display at no charge—ad impressions, or views, are free—and the advertiser is charged only when a customer clicks the ad. Sponsored ads—such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands—run on the CPC model.
