How can I register for this event?

This event is exclusively for invited attendees. You can complete your registration directly from the homepage.

I didn't receive a confirmation of my registration. What should I do?

If you haven't received a confirmation email within 1 hour of registering, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, reach out to us at ch-growth.meeting@abb.com for assistance.

My plans have changed. How do I amend my registration?

If you need to make changes to your registration, simply follow the 'Manage Registration' link provided in your registration confirmation email. 

How do I register for a fireside or division drop-in session?

If you are registered for the event, please refer to your email titled 'Fireside and Division sessions published for the Asia Growth Meeting 2025 - Register Now!' in order to register for the fireside sessions.

You should click on the 'Register for your fireside and Division sessions' button shown in your email , which will direct you to the agenda page, where you should click on the save a seat button that appears on the breakout sessions you wish to register for. 

I have not received my email, what should I do?

Please first check your spam folder in case is has ended up in there.  If you still can't locate it, contact us at ch-growth.meeting@abb.com

Travel instructions & Health and Safety

During our event, we are committed to strictly adhering to all local regulations to ensure everyone's health and safety. We kindly request that you also review the entry requirements for Malaysia, ensuring awareness of the local regulations applicable upon entry. Further information can be found here.

Additionally, we advise reviewing the travel guidance and information that will be provided by your airline and/or SOS team in advance of your trip.

Arrival in Kuala Lumpur

Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur airport, we advise you to make your own way to the Shangri-La Hotel using an airport taxi. Coupons can be purchased from the taxi counter in the arrivals hall. Transfer time will be approximately 1 hour and will cost around RM 100.

Car Park Information
For Day Visitors: If you’re attending the event but not staying overnight at the hotel, you can access the car park and purchase a daily ticket on-site.
For Overnight Guests: If you are staying overnight at the hotel and driving, a parking space will be provided for you.
