How much will registration cost?

Guests may participate in all evening networking events and the cost to attend is $300.
Virtual
We will not have a virtual offering at this year’s event.
How do I find the list of hotels available for this conference?
We will have a block of hotels set aside for registrants of the event. You will receive the list of hotels to select from after you complete the registration process. A confirmation email will be sent with information on booking your hotel at that time.
What are the hotel rates for conference attendees?
We will provide hotel pricing once registration opens, but plan on rates in the $279 - $336 range and up depending on hotel selected and availability.
Is there a waiting list for the host hotel once it’s full?
No, we don’t provide a waiting list. Please check with the host hotel periodically for cancellations and availability or possibly contact one of the alternate hotels listed on the registration site (if applicable).
Do I need my confirmation code to check in on-site?
No, your confirmation code is for your records to confirm you are registered. You will need the email address that you registered with during registration.
What does the guest fee include?
The guest fee includes access to the evening functions only (receptions, after-hours events on-site/off-site). Guests cannot attend any of the daily sessions or meals. A guest will need to be added on the main registrant’s registration as a guest at the applicable guest fee to attend. Please note that guests must be 21 years of age or older.
How do I add a guest to my registration?
During the registration process you can select your conference registration ticket as well as a guest ticket option and include your guests name and email address.
How do I modify my agenda (add/update sessions)?
Attendees can pull up their registration confirmation email and click "Manage Registration Details". This will guide you to the registration and session selector form. You can adjust your session selections from there. You can also navigate to the event site agenda and select additional sessions.
Can I pay online with a credit card after I register?
Payment for the conference is required at the time of registration.
Can I transfer my registration to another employee?
Yes. Please send an email to CorpMtgPlanning@jackhenry.com to request a transfer of registration. Provide the individual’s first/last name and email address so that the registration can be transferred and emailed to the new registrant.
If I have fee waivers per my contract, how do I apply or indicate this on my registration?
On the payments page, there will be a field for 'Promo Code'. Your rep should be able to provide you with a promo code to apply if you are eligible.
Where are the downloadable PDFs for the sessions located?
All downloadable session content exists in your agenda. Click into the session to see full details and any PDFs or other documents for download will exist at the bottom of the page.
Are CPE credits being offered this year?
No, we are not offering CPE credits currently. For additional information regarding CPE, please refer to the NASBA website.
Is there a receipt for the conference payment?
Your confirmation email is your receipt for the confirmed registration fees. If there is a balance due when the conference ends, you will be mailed an invoice from accounting for the remaining balance.
I did not receive my confirmation. Can I have it sent to me?
Yes, we can resend you the confirmation email. Please send an email to CorpMtgPlanning@jackhenry.com requesting a confirmation be sent. Once the request is received, your confirmation will be emailed to the email address on file. Please check your spam folder in case the communication is sent there.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual. Remember that the weather can vary, so bring a jacket or sweater for possible colder temperatures both outside and in meeting rooms.
How do I pay for my registration with KIA credits?
To redeem KIA (Know it All) credits for conference payment you will need to use the code that your KIA point of contact provided to your financial institution. Place this code in the 'Promo Code' box after you have selected your conference ticket type. The limit for redeeming KIA credits for Jack Henry Connect tickets in 2025 is six tickets per financial institution. Complete the registration process in its entirety to confirm your registration. You will receive a confirmation email afterward. If you do not receive a confirmation email, send an email to CorpMtgPlanning@jackhenry.com and one will be emailed to you. If you need assistance with the KIA process, please contact your onsite KIA contact and they can open a case with Customer Education at Jack Henry for further assistance.
What should I do if I am not receiving emails about Jack Henry Connect?

How do I cancel my registration?
Please send a cancellation email to CorpMtgPlanning@jackhenry.com.
After August 1, 2025 registrations will not be fully refunded, there is a $400 dollar cancellation fee.
How do I access recordings from last year's event?
The access to recorded sessions expires 90 days after the event ends. After that period, you will need to access any available recordings through your Jack Henry University login.
