This gathering will foster collaboration, encourage networking, and provide hands-on learning experiences that will empower youth and young adult professionals to lead with excellence in their respective roles. By investing in the continued growth and development of our youth and young adult leaders, we seek to strengthen the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and inspire meaningful impact within our churches and communities.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

All Conference-employed and conference executive committee-appointed Youth & Young Adult Ministries Directors & Associate Directors, Conference Club Ministries Directors, Conference Public Campus Ministries Directors, Conference Camp Directors, and their spouses.

Purpose: This gathering unites youth and young adult ministry professionals and their spouses from the North American Division to foster diverse cultures. We will provide leadership training and mentorship, equipping attendees to effectively guide the next generation in their spiritual and personal growth

Focus: Effective Diversity Leadership for Seventh-day Adventist Youth & Young Adult Directors

Objective: Equip youth and young adult directors with tools and insights on effective diversity leadership that extends beyond race, addressing cultural differences, economic inclusion, and other social issues to enhance their leadership.
