Where and when is the conference?
Location: The Change Management & Process Excellence for Utilities virtual conference takes place on your computer/laptop. How convenient!

What sessions are included with my registration?
The agenda is all general session so you can engage in discussion with the whole group. Several breakout sessions throughout the event will connect you with other participants in a small-group setting so you can share ideas and experiences.
How do I get the most value from this event?
In our experience, attendees that participate in every session, ask questions, and engage in discussions on camera, gain the most value from the conference. Please plan your time and potential distractions accordingly.
Can I purchase just a single-day pass?
You can purchase individual session tickets to the Change Management & Process Excellence for Utilities event, however, we suggest purchasing the All-4-Sessions ticket as it allows you to watch all recordings (and revisit for 1-year). Plus, it's a better value.
Can tickets be shared with more than one person?
Tickets cannot be shared. However, you can fully grant your access to the event to another person prior to the start of the conference. All such requests must be submitted by email to events@utilityevents.com. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.
Are there student, government, group, nonprofit, or military discounts?
The current price for Change Management & Process Excellence for Utilities tickets is the best and only available rate.
We offer time-sensitive discounts available that are the currently published prices. When those expire the price will go up. If you’re interested in coming, we recommend you take advantage of these discounts.
What is the refund policy?
Please be aware of the following cancellation policy: If you cancel after February 1, 2021, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place (transfer), or use your credit toward a future event. To transfer your ticket to another person, email events@utilityevents.com. Only requests made by the original purchaser/registrant will be honored.
Do you offer media passes?
If your media organization is eager to meet our utility audience, please send an email to events@utilityevents.com for further discussion.
Will session recordings be available?
Yes! We record everything (so you won't miss anything)! And those recording will be available to you for 1-year.

Will an attendee list be available and can I have access before the conference?
We believe that networking - meeting and connecting with your industry colleagues - is one of the top greatest values of your conference experience. Stay connected with your fellow participants and engage with our private Facebook group, accessible only to registered participants. To respect the privacy and time of conference participants, we do not offer an attendee list prior to the scheduled event date.
How do I update my registration details?
