How do I access the event?
The Venue (event interface) is where you’ll join. Access to the portal will be available starting at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Sept. 28.
You can use our Single Sign-On feature to “log in” with the business email address used to register your virtual ticket.
There will also be a link to join The Venue LIVE in your confirmation and reminder emails.
How do I attend a roundtable?
On the agenda page of The Venue, select a session and click the “Join now” button in the top right corner.
What kind of software will be required to view the broadcast?
The Venue (event interface) will be web-based, so all you will need is a device (e.g., Computer, mobile phone) and an internet connection.

Troubleshooting speaker issues via mobile device (iOS | Android)
Ensure you speaker is turned on. If you see the speaker icon in the top-left corner is turned off, tap it to turn on your speaker.
Increase the volume on your mobile device using the volume buttons or notification panel. Even if the speaker is turned on in Bizzabo, your device's volume might be set to mute or vibrate only.
