In these uncertain times, talent acquisition poses its own unique challenges. With this in mind, we are pleased to present HiredVirtual - an online job fair to support your hiring efforts. On Thursday, November 18 we'll shine the light on Veterans and Military Spouses giving employers the wonderful opportunity to "meet" with America's top talent. Sign up today as spots are limited!
The 1:1 Private Interviews will take place on November 18th, 2021 from 10:00am to 4:00pm (PST)
What we do:
We source directly for each of your open positions and fill your virtual schedule with interviews.
Each veteran candidate is vetted by skill-set, education, work experience, cultural fit, and much more!
Engage in meaningful, timed conversations with pre-qualified & experienced veteran job-seekers.
Based on prior events, we estimate each company will have at least 20+ qualified total interviews.
Our Software:
Our virtual software is simple & efficient. No training required.
Customize your event schedule by adding break times.
Connect with candidates online with ease through one to one meetings in succession via high-quality video and/or audio. Take notes on and rank each candidate you interview with.
View your schedule ahead of time to see each candidate's resume via the employer dashboard.
Enter your secure virtual hiring space on the day of the event and begin your interviews. Candidates will 'Knock' before their interview so that you can admit them when you are ready.
Terms:
The cost for your company to attend is $399 via the early-bird special. No additional costs or hiring fees.
Your schedule contains only vetted candidates for your open roles.
Only candidates authorized to work in the USA. These candidates live in Southern California and are looking to work here. Open to both remote & non remote. About 50% of the candidate pool will be veterans/military spouses, and the other 50% will be qualified job-seekers for your open roles.
We do all the work for you (branding, sourcing, etc) — as you prepare for your virtual interviews!
You will have a dedicated events manager to assist with setting up your virtual booth and promoting your employer brand.
After the event, each company will receive an entire list of all registered candidates including contact info, skill stack, resumes, and other valuable information!
