Stephen Dowler is Head of APAC at electronic music’s leading independent record label, Monstercat. Based in the Singapore office, Dowler works across Commercial, Marketing, and Music divisions to align on a cohesive strategy for the label’s ventures in APAC. His passion for bridging cultures through music has brought career-defining opportunities to the international roster across live events, gaming, Web3, and more. Prior, Dowler was a Global Business Consultant at Kanjian following roles at DianYinTai and A2L!VE. He was a founder of Shanghai's first electronic music festival, E-Midi, as well as a founding member of STORM, China's largest electronic music festival.
