Yes, conference sessions will be recorded and registered attendees will have the ability to rewatch recordings in January 2024.
Yes! This program has been RACE approved for 35.5 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval, with 12.75 hours available to an individual attendee.
At the end of each day, eligible participants will receive a link to request a daily CE certificate.
Conference organizations need to have Vet and Vet Technician license information on file. Please email avcconference@aspca.org with CE updates and questions.
When you registered, you received an email from Bizzabo with a button for you to complete your registration, with subject line "Registration Confirmation to Access to Veterinary Care Virtual Conference". Clicking on this button will log you in, without having to enter a password, email or anything.
Another way for you to log in is by trying to enter a session, or by clicking on the Login button, in the top right of the 2023 Agenda page, and then entering your ticket number and email that you registered with into the pop-up prompt box (make sure to use the ticket number and not the order number). Your ticket number can be found in your confirmation message.
First, navigate to the 2023 Agenda webpage
Then click on My Registered Sessions
Click Join Broadcast (sessions open 2 minutes before scheduled start-time)
If you are in another session, you can scroll to the top of the page and click Back
This will bring you back to the 2023 Agenda page where you can join a different session

Select My Registered Sessions
Click the chair icon Save Seat next to the new session you’d like to select
If you previously selected a session during the same timeslot, click Give up your seat next to the session you want to switch out of (you can't select overlapping sessions)
Click the person icon on the top right corner.
From the dropdown click Edit Profile. There you can update your Job Title, how your name is displayed, upload a picture, institution/company description, etc.
Once information has been added, click Save Changes.
Navigate to the Community webpage
On the left side, search by Job Title, Organization, or Country
Find the attendee you want to connect with and click Send Message under their name
Type in your message and click Send
After the event, conference registrants who opted in will receive an Attendee Directory with attendee names and email addresses.
