WHEN AND WHERE IS THE SUMMIT?
The 2026 E&I EdPro Summit will take place November 15 - 18, 2026, at SunseekerResort Florida Gulf Coast, Curio Collection by Hilton, in Charlotte Harbor, Florida.

 HOW DO I GET THERE?

The property is within driving distance of several airports, including:

• Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) – Approx. 5.6 miles. Less than a 15-minute drive.
• SW Florida International Airport (RSW) – Approx. 42 miles.
• Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) – Approx. 57 miles.

HOW DO I BOOK MY ROOM? 

The E&I room block booking link will be included in your registration confirmation email.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Come as you are - really. Whether you're most comfortable in athleisure, smart casual, or business casual attire, you'll fit right in.

Our goal is for you to focus on the experience, not your outfit. Wear what makes you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to engage.

CAN I TRANSFER MY INVITATION?

Invitations are issued to specific individuals and are generally not transferable. If you're unable to attend, please contact us to discuss available options.

WHAT IF MY PLANS CHANGE?

We understand that things happen. If you're no longer able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust arrangements and, when possible, offer your space to another attendee.

WHY IS ATTENDANCE COMMITMENT IMPORTANT?

Attendance is intentionally limited to create a highly interactive experience. When you register, you're reserving a seat that cannot be offered to another attendee.

HOW DO I BOOK MY TRAVEL/LODGING?
 Suppliers are responsible for booking and covering their own travel expenses. To receive the discounted hotel rate, reservations must be made within the E&I room block (link provided via email). Airfare may be booked through any preferred provider; the E&I air travel portal is available to members only.

WILL E&I STILL HOST THE BUSINESS PARTNER SUMMIT?

No. The 2026 E&I EdPro Summit replaces the standalone Business Partner Summit traditionally held each spring.

By bringing together supplier partners and members in one integrated experience, the summit creates opportunities for deeper engagement, broader relationship-building, and more meaningful conversations than a supplier-only event can provide.

HOW MANY OF MY TEAM MEMBERS CAN ATTEND?

Each company may send up to two representatives to the summit.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

Shoulder dates may be available on a first come, first-served basis.

• Roundtrip airfare (or mileage reimbursement)
• Transportation between airport and Sunseeker
• Hotel accommodations
• Event meals
• Scheduled summit activities

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH MY ATTENDANCE?

• Transportation between your home and departure airport
• Purchases made during travel
• Resort incidentals and personal expenses
• Meals, beverages, and snacks outside of the summit program
• Additional hotel nights outside of the official summit dates (see note below)
• Travel changes or expenses incurred outside of the approved booking process

This list is intended as a general guide and may not include all attendee-responsible expenses.

WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD?

A credit card is required upon booking to hold your reservation. It will not be charged. 

At check-in, a credit card is required for incidentals and may be authorized for a portion of your stay.

Because Sunseeker is a cashless property, any personal purchases outside of the summit program will need to be paid with a credit or debit card.

DOES E&I COVER TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM MY HOME AIRPORT?

No. Attendees are responsible for transportation between their home and departure airport.

If travel costs would make participation difficult, please contact the E&I Events Team.

HOW DO I BOOK MY TRAVEL?

To help us manage costs and logistics, and cut down on expense reporting, all travel arrangements must be made through the approved event process:

• Member air travel must be booked through the E&I/CTP portal. Link will be provided via email. 
  Important: Flights must be booked through the travel portal before completing summit registration. Registrations submitted without flight information will be rejected.
• Options for ground transportation to/from local airports and Sunseeker will be provided at a later date.
  

HOW DO I MANAGE MY FLIGHT AFTER IT'S BOOKED?

Once your flight is booked through CTP, you can manage it directly through the airline's website or mobile app just like any other flight. This includes selecting seats, adding your frequent flyer number, checking in, and receiving flight updates. 

WHAT IF MY PREFERRED FLIGHT/CARRIER IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE CTP PORTAL?

Proceed with booking the closest available flight. Once you reach thte bottom of the travel form, you may leave a comment for a travel advisor with any preferences or special needs.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

If you plan to arrive before Sunday or depart after Wednesday to enjoy the property, a separate reservation is required. You may book within the E&I room block to receive the discounted rate; however, all additional costs are the attendee's responsibility.

If flight schedules require you to arrive before Sunday or depart after Wednesday to participate in the full summit program, advance approval from the E&I Events Team is required. Exceptions are granted only in limited circumstances when reasonable travel options are unavailable.
