Ticket Information

Main conference registration (DVM, LVT, Staff/Volunteer tickets):
Includes everything noted in the agenda beginning with the Keynote/Reception on Friday, July 11. Main ticket holders will have access to the livestream broadcast.  View the main conference agenda.

Livestream registration:
Includes select sessions on Saturday July 12 and Sunday July 13. It does NOT include the Keynote on Friday evening. View the Livestream agenda.

Meals

Breakfast and lunch are included on Saturday and Sunday; dinners are on your own.  Please note: All meals are vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options. 

Continuing Education

Continuing education credit is available for the 2025 Shelter Medicine Conference. For more information, please visit the Continuing Education page. 

Travel & Lodging

All attendees are responsible for making and paying for their own travel arrangements and overnight accommodations including any incidental charges or other fees incurred during your stay, and transportation to/from the conference location. Click here for more information.
