About The 2022 Somos Conference

SOMOS, Inc., is a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization that unites the Latino community, raises awareness, advocates and elevates social consciousness on public policy in collaboration with the New York State Assembly/Senate Puerto Rican & Hispanic Task Force; and ensures the upward mobility of Latino youth through educational empowerment, mentoring programs and scholarships.

SOMOS is a leading force in bringing together Latino communities to make positive and transformative impacts resulting in an improvement in the socioeconomic and civic status of all Latinos across New York State and beyond.

Join us for provoking workshops, networking, community service and culture.

The efforts to rebuild and re-stabilize Puerto Rico have been monumental following the disastrous impact of Hurricane Maria. However, after 5 years of work so much more has happened and much more needs to be done.

During this year's SOMOS Puerto Rico Conference, we will be celebrating unity and the power of the collective. Promoting social & corporate responsibility, economic development, sustainability and culture. The island is full of cultural and biodiversity. Each unique but united, all part of an indispensable whole. Together we can accomplish a better future for all.

We hope to continue to raise awareness of the multi-layered crisis that Puerto Rico faces and ultimately be of service.

Access to all events, receptions, workshops, the SOMOS Despedida at Vivo Beach Club, and transportation to off-site workshops from the host hotel.

A new page will open - Click Edit Details
Scroll down to the email address area, underneath click Use Transfer Registration
A form will pop up where you can enter the information for the new person
