HOTEL:
Q: Where is the conference taking place?
A: Prosper 2024 will take place at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club in Orlando, FL.
Q: Does Baker Hill have a room block available?
UPDATE: Our room block is still available through all days of the conference. If it is showing unavailable, make sure you uncheck the pre-conference dates.
A: Yes! We are thrilled to offer a discounted rate of $375 per night at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort. You can register here or call (407)939-4686 and we suggest you do so as early as possible. The room block may sell out, and while we try to add rooms we can never guarantee inventory. You must book your room by March 21, 2024 to receive the discounted rate. Update: Room block has expired and is full.
Q: Can I bring my family?
A: Absolutely! We offer a guest registration for guests 21+ who would like to attend Prosper’s evening programs, meals, etc. However, if your guest or family do not plan on attending Prosper events, you do not need to register them.
Q: Can I extend my stay and receive the same rates?
A: Yes, but space is limited by availability. You may receive conference room rates 3 days pre- and post- show.
Q: Why can I pick the Yacht or Beach Club for my room? I thought the event was at Yacht club?
A: Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club are extremely close together. While the Yacht Club is our preferred location for bookings, both receive our discounted room block rate. Both are close to the convention center portion of Prosper, and both have access to the same amenities. The Beach Club is closer to the pool area, so if you are bringing your family, it may be a better option for you.
