Like previous TEC events, our 2024 conference will be filled to the brim with practical Active Directory and Microsoft 365 education straight from renowned Microsoft MVPs, industry experts, and of course, your IT peers. You’ll be able to participate in various tracks including Microsoft 365, Identities (hybrid, cloud, on-prem), and Azure (services related to identity and M365).

We would like your organization to be a TEC 2024 Dallas sponsor, and we’ve designed the following sponsorship packages: 

*Sponsor Booth/Village: 

• A booth/village is both a standard booth promoting your products or services AND it also includes something educational and interactive for attendees. The educational and interactive part needs to be aligned to our theme of “Modernize” and should lean into your strengths. For example, a Quest On Demand Migration booth would also have a migration scripting village to Modernize T2T Migrations. The village angle of your booth needs to be agreed upon with Quest to ensure no one else is also offering something similar. Topic is first come, first serve.
• Custom branded high-top table (with your logo), 2 chairs, and TV supplied in the customer meet and greet area outside the keynote rooms (this is where people come for breaks and is the location of the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception). 
• You will have the ability to scan attendee badges (the TEC staff will email the scanned badge list to you immediately after the event)

**Onsite Signage: Appropriate signage featuring your company logo around the conference and during the keynote session.

Being a TEC sponsor requires your organization to commit to the following:

• Payment of the sponsorship fee within 5 days of signing this contract.
• Two individuals to support your booth. Because the TEC audience is technical, your booth staff should be capable of engaging with TEC attendees at a technical level covering topics such as Office 365, Azure AD, on-premises deployments, and Exchange Online.
• Coverage of all conference related travel, hotel and other travel expenses for your staff.
